Conditions of sale

1- General:

These general conditions of sale apply strictly to all sales of products and services provided by Vidrios de Levante (trademark of Vidrios de Olleria SL), whatever the destination of the goods or services, Vidrios de Olleria SL, with CIF number B-96948732, hereinafter Vidrios de Levante, to individuals, companies, institutions or other entities.

Any order placed with Vidrios de Levante necessarily implies, as an essential, determining and indispensable condition, the unreserved acceptance by the Client of the General Conditions of Sale of Vidrios de Levante in force on the day on which the corresponding order is placed. Furthermore, the Client acknowledges that the acceptance of these conditions will imply the application of these to the order to which they refer, as well as to any subsequent order, except in those cases in which new conditions are brought to the Client's attention by Vidrios de Levante. The fact that Vidrios de Levante does not resort at a given time to any of these conditions cannot be interpreted as, nor will it be equivalent to, renouncing the right to resort to them in the future or in the past.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all acts that result from them, shall be subject to Spanish law, unless there are public order provisions contrary to this.

2- Prices:

The prices published in Vidrios de Levante are in Euros and are valid except for typographical errors.

3- Payment Methods:

When placing an order, the customer can pay for purchases made at Vidrios de Levante using the methods indicated for this purpose, which are initially by card or transfer, always in advance, unless otherwise agreed.

4- Product:

The offers presented by Vidrios de Levante are valid within the limits of available stocks and the deadlines indicated where applicable. Given the variation in both suppliers and product availability, we cannot establish an estimated deadline for all our products. Vidrios de Levante reserves the right to modify the range of products depending on the difficulties imposed by production.

The photographs, graphics and descriptions of the products offered for sale are only indicative in some cases, given the handmade nature of some products and do not in any way commit Vidrios de Levante.

5- Shipments:

The purchased products will be delivered to the person or entity and to the address indicated in the order.

By default, invoices will be recorded in the customer area on the Vidrios de Levante website, so that the customer can print them or save them as a computer file whenever they deem appropriate.

There will be no departure or delivery of orders on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

However, any delay will not imply cancellation of the order or any compensation. However, our company's aim is to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the goods upon receipt and to indicate any anomalies on the delivery receipt note.

6- Return and breakage policies:

Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased at Vidrios de Levante within 7 days from the date of receipt.

You will need to provide an argument for an error or defective condition of the merchandise. You will need to contact the customer service department (clients@vidriosdelevante.com), which will indicate the exact address for the return of the order.

Vidrios de Levante undertakes to refund the amount of the returned item (not the shipping costs) as soon as possible after receiving the item. Before making the return, you must notify the customer service department. If the reason for the return is that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to what was requested in the order, Vidrios de Levante will cover the costs of the return and new shipment, once the defects or error have been verified. However, you must initially cover the return costs, to verify the aforementioned defects or errors. However, it is possible to provide personalized solutions from the customer service department.

Breakages:

When part of the product has arrived broken or damaged, the amount of the damaged product will be refunded. You must notify us within a maximum period of 7 days by sending photos of the damaged product by email. Said product will be credited to the account provided by the customer.

7- Order cancellation:

If the order is cancelled before the purchase commitments made with our suppliers, the customer will not incur any costs. In the case of a cancellation after the commitments made, the customer must wait for the sale of those products, with Vidrios de Levante waiving any storage costs, or negotiate a specific agreement with Vidrios de Levante.

8- Jurisdiction and conflict resolution:

In any case, by accepting the contract, the client expressly waives any express jurisdiction that may apply to him/her, submitting to common Spanish legislation.

Any dispute arising from the interpretation, application, compliance and execution of this contract, including any dispute relating to its existence, validity or termination, as well as, in general, any issue related to it, will be definitively resolved by arbitration of law. [las partes podrán alternativamente acordar que sea arbitraje de equidad], administered by the Arbitration Court of Valencia (Arbitration Court of the Illustrious College of Lawyers of Valencia TAV Foundation of the Valencian Community, with headquarters in Valencia, Plaza de Tetuán, nº 16) in accordance with its Regulations, which are understood to be incorporated into this clause for all purposes. The arbitration will be decided by a single arbitrator and its venue will be the headquarters of the Arbitration Court of Valencia.
